What counts as an analysis?
One prospect evaluation performed by RTU. Each analysis may include business website analysis, risk classification, appetite-based carrier simulation, submission readiness scoring, and an AI-generated underwriting narrative.
What happens when I hit my analysis limit?
On the Free tier, the limit is a hard stop and the counter resets at the start of the next calendar month. On Growth and Scale, additional analyses are billed as overage ($1.50 each on Growth, $1.25 each on Scale) up to the tier hard cap (400 on Growth, 700 on Scale).
Are there per-user fees?
No. Pricing is agency-level. Every tier — Free, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise — includes unlimited users at no additional cost.
Can I change tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade and downgrade are self-serve in your account settings. Stripe prorates billing for the change, and your analysis allowance adjusts to the new tier.
Do I need a credit card for the free tier?
No. The Free tier — 25 analyses per month with the full scoring engine — does not require a credit card. A card is required only when you upgrade to Growth, Scale, or Enterprise.
How is RTU different from a comparative rater?
